A previous owner of a well known Sun Valley restaurant Faus Corlett from Sandhill Farm prepares amazing dishes each night. Most of the time she uses fresh ingredients from their sustainable organic farm. After a long snowkite session her southwestern style enchiladas or homemade sausage lasagna will not disappoint. The onsite private “Penthouse” dining room has a panoramic view of the beautiful Camas Prairie that is breathtaking at dawn & sunset. One evening is left open for you to visit Soldier Crew Brewery, owner Chris Bradley is always whipping up something that could compete with those swanky Sun Valley saloons.

• 2 Dinners – Italian Entrée, Salmon, or dietary suggestions.
• Saturday Night – Wine and Cheese party.
• 3 Hot Ranch Style Breakfast – Huckleberry pancakes, egg scramble, yogurt, muffins, fresh juice, coffee, ect.
• 3 brown bag Deli Style lunches – Homemade deli sandwich, fresh fruit, Cliff bars, and snacks.
